Happy Saturday gang. We’ll be live tonight (10-14-23) at 7:30 PM. We’ll be discussing what happened to Missouri’s SAPA law and what’s next move for the court system. This is in the court system and there is little for us to do other than call up our Attorney General (Andrew Bailey) in a show of support for the battle he must now wage to get the stay re-instated and ultimately get the 8th circuit court’s decision in front of the Supreme Court (via Justice Brett Kavanaugh). Let’s not forget, this case is possibly the MOST important case on the SCOTUS docket. The underlying principal of SAPA (anti-commandeering doctrine) has over 200 years of precedence within the court system and is the basis for sanctuary cities (which the DOJ ignores) and decriminalizing marijuana (which the DOJ ignores). Missouri’s SAPA law is literally the battle line for states’ rights and for the people and their states to call out unconstitutional acts by the federal government and legislatively work corrective action against the federal government by using the 10th Amendment.
The Initiative has been placing some of our attention on the Public Schools and the national story we are developing about many public schools nation-wide wanting to max out bonding capacity in November 2023 and April of 2024. A video has already been released yesterday that is specific in nature. The video is an educational video that teaches folks in Missouri how to investigate the budget, finance, debt of your specific school district all from the DESE website. This information is usually missing from the conversation when schools are asking the community for more money. It’s important to be armed with this information when engaging school officials about bond issues you may be facing very soon. You can see the video here. Soon, we will release a video covering the mission statement of the Missouri state school board and the board member hand book. These will absolutely shock some people while others will simply nod as they read saying “I KNEW IT!” We need good, Constitutional people to run for school board positions statewide.
Rogue Politics has released a new video about a joint project with the Initiative. It was a Sunshine request from the representatives in the Missouri House on the Fireside software. They reported on the resulting answers and some of the anomalies with the answers. Please check out their new video.
The Missouri Liberty Report released an interview with Will Sharf who is running for the Attorney General office in Missouri. The video can be seen here on Rumble or here on You-Tube. Will can see the liberal/communist agendas rearing its ugly head in Missouri and his platform is to stop this agenda in Missouri.

The language is out for the silver/gold bill! This is a draft and it may still change but it is out and available to view on our forums page. We’ll talk about this tonight as well.
While folks are distracted by federal politics, the war in Israel and the Ukraine, another war is silent and fought by few people. The war is waged by regular, average people fighting against the conversion of the United States into a 2nd world feudalist society by compromised politicians and special interests. This war does not get coverage in the MSM, nor does it enjoy any funding and it is usually censored out of social media. This war is being fought in Missouri. The battle lines are many and are constantly surrounding us but remain unseen by most folks. Let’s pray that more folks get involved in this battle before the damage is irreversible.

This past week was a bit unusual for me as over 60 people have been trying to have direct contact with me about Missouri issues or Initiative business via phone, text, email and twitter DM. For those of you who are in this email list and have not been contacted back please be patient with me as I am working that list in order. We may need to start working the forums with this because I only have so much time available. Many folks are asking the same basic questions or requesting the same information. We’ll need to be as efficient as possible. I think the forums on our website will help with this a great deal. We’ll talk about it tonight.

How to start OR join a grassroots organization in your state.
Happy Saturday gang, How to start OR join a grassroots organization in your state. Today is as good a day as any to concentrate on that topic I am asked frequently in e-mails as well as in the comment section in videos I participate in. Let’s get this subject covered as best we can in our live stream tonight. We’ll work very hard to stay on point so it is not unnecessarily filled with other topics.
Since the Missouri Freedom Initiative is very unique in its structure, purpose, network reach and activities, we’ll share with you how it was started and how it continues to grow on the live stream tonight. When Jim Windle and I started this concept for what later came to be called the Missouri Freedom Initiative was based on working to protect the Second Amendment Preservation Act from legislative sneak attacks we knew it would be hit with as well as to educate folks about our unique law that protected the 2nd amendment for Missourians. We knew stealth attacks would happen because what we saw at the capitol over the past 2 years (2020-2021) was a lot of corruption, intentional delays, backstabbing and political maneuvering by republicans in both the house and senate. These republicans were comprised of Squishy Republicans* and RINO Republicans. By Jim’s and my estimate at the time, these fair-weather republicans made up about half of the caucus (half of all republicans serving in both houses). The Democrats were far too few in number to present a threat to SAPA. The real problem was with the folks in Jefferson City who merely identified as Republicans in order to win their elections. Jim and I would never have seen or properly understood the problems in the Missouri legislature unless we actually went to the capitol as many times as we did in those two years to work the SAPA legislation and deal DIRECTLY with these legislators. We did not visit the capitol to look for fair-weather republicans; we went there to get co-sponsors for SAPA. What we learned in those two years was priceless. The education on how the Missouri government works, where the power was situated in the capitol, which republicans answered to corporate campaign contributors and which answered to their constituents was fairly simple to identify and understand.
It was through enormous pressure from the grassroots that SAPA was passed through the legislature and signed by the Governor after 8 years of attempts. It was VERY popular legislation and many folks who had NEVER got involved in the state legislative process before became active to help get this bill through the process. If Missouri didn’t have so many fair-weather republicans, it would have been a much easier process (more on that next week). So if you wondered why we cannot seem to get regressive tax cuts in Missouri (despite our ballooning tax receipts and 2 years of grassroots attempts to get these tax cuts) or why there are persistent attempts to derail fair IP reform legislation, now you know. Next week we’ll concentrate on what we can do about RINOs and Squishy Republicans* in Missouri as well as what other organizations are doing to solve this problem. Powerful tools are being put in place for Missouri to start cleaning up the fair-weather republicans in the capitol and every elected capacity in the state/county/city. This is not a fluff story. For those who have lost hope in getting anything conservative done in Missouri, action is coming and it’s wearing a red cape. J

The main topic was Representative Dean Plocher and how it seems that Scott Vaughn (editor-Missouri Times) is running cover for Dean as Dean is constantly connected to an ever growing web of corruption in Jefferson City through corporate donations and contributions to his PAC as he gears up to run for Lt. Governor in Missouri in 2024. You can see John’s video here.
Tomorrow night, Sam Britton with Missouri Liberty Radio welcomes back Tom Martz from the Locke and Smith Foundation. Tom and his organization provide a unique service to the folks in Missouri, a Missouri Constitution class to better understand the Constitution in Missouri which increases your ability to identify unconstitutional legislation/legislators and helps residents craft their own legislation based on their new found knowledge. Tom’s gang also produces a scorecard of sorts. This scorecard is based on Missouri state politician’s votes and whether or not those votes are compliant with the Missouri Constitution to which they take an oath to protect and preserve. Are we heading into a Depression?
Gold and Silver prices are on the down swing but do not panic. If you hold precious metals, you are safe. This could be the early stage of a pending period of stagflation. That thing everyone in the conservative media has been talking about. With the stock Market in decline, Commodity trading down, and yet inflation of the Dollar still continues, a real global depression may soon be at hand. This is the time to hold on to your Silver and Gold. It may even be wise to follow this downward trend by stacking even more bullion. Always remember that while the price of Gold and Silver may follow the economy into the dumpster, your precious metals will always have value.

Discussing corruption in Missouri politics
Happy Saturday everyone! We’ll be live again tonight at 7:30 PM (9-30-23). You can join us on Guilded if you like or watch the live stream on Odysee. Tonight’s show should be very, very interesting and a lot of fun.
When the Missouri general assembly is out of session, it is normally seen as a time for grassroots to recharge their batteries, concentrate more on their families, home life, work…etc. This year feels very different. It feels more like the grassroots and the people in general are angry, frustrated and are rearing to make sure their voices are heard AND more folks are GETTING INVOLVED. I think part of this was because of the last session and how it was conducted. With so many eyes on the legislature in 2023, it was hard not to see what was going on, we saw corporatism at its finest on display. Representative Dean Plocher wanted corporatist bills voted on in the Senate, While Senators Eigel and Moon wanted grassroots bills voted on in the house. A stalemate. When popular “for the people” bills do not make it through the process in the Missouri general assembly, it is always a head scratcher. An example of this was in 2022 when Suzie Pollock’s popular HB2009 (parent’s choice on vaccination) was destroyed in real time on the house floor while we stared; jaws dropped and we wondered “what the heck just happened.” The same was true with HB2118 (bill that was inspired by what happened to the McCloskey’s) and HB1992 (elimination of sales tax on food). These were 3 bills the Missouri Freedom Initiative supported and fought for in 2022. Dean Plocher did an excellent job representing Big Pharma, the Prosecutor’s Association and local government/public schools in 2022 but absolutely failed to represent “We the People.” Plocher was the House floor leader at the time and has since been internally elected House Speaker.
Now, in 2023, we started off the year with the House voting on HR11 AKA the “Plocher Rules.” This was a new set of rules supposedly authored by Representative Jonathan Patterson (newly elected floor leader) that took some power away from the collective body of the House and gave it to the Speaker – Dean Plocher. The stated goal of the new rules package was to “streamline” the legislative process in the House. However, it was easily identified as a guaranteed way to promote chaos, Christmas tree bills, pork and corporatism in the final days of the legislative session and HR11 delivered in spades. On top of all that, Eigel’s SB100 was slaughtered on the House floor and was never voted on. Concurrent Majority IP Reform wasn’t even allowed on the floor for debate and neither were any bills that would have cut taxes despite Missouri’s HUGE and ever expanding tax trough. The people were largely ignored AGAIN in 2023 and all the roads of obfuscation, delay, denial, corporatism and shenanigans lead directly to Representative Dean Plocher. EVERY red state has a Dean Plocher equivalent in their general assembly. The difference in Missouri is that Dean is being publicly identified and called out, which the Missouri Freedom Initiative is chartered to do and other organizations are doing even without a charter. Missouri deserves better than mercantilist leadership that is DESPERATE for large corporate campaign donations for seeking higher office. Under the current conditions, if no change representing the will of the people comes, we are heading down the path that leads to a mirror image of Illinois. We’ll discuss solutions tonight.

More data and new updates regarding Dean Plocher and Fireside software! Rogue Politics is now showcased on the MoFI web site and every platform they are on will soon be listed. Catherine and Kirby were also on “Off the Cuff” last Sunday night.
John Williams produced another live stream video last night. John has changed things up a bit and is beginning to explore/discuss national and international issues as well as Missouri issues on the Missouri Liberty Report. Last night, he talked about how when Zelenskyy visited the Canadian Parliament this past week, an actual Nazi that was in WWII was in the Parliament gallery and was honored by Zelenskyy and Trudeau and the socialists in Parliament on camera in real time. Now, the socialist party in Canada is trying to pass legislation that would erase that actual event from the legislative records and eliminate all video/audio records of the event. This is after the onslaught on elected conservatives in parliament being called Nazis for the past two years by the same elected socialists that honored an ACTUAL Nazi! You literally cannot make this stuff up!
